As you can see here, it was not a very big bug, And it enjoyed hanging out on my shirt.
A little bit closer and you can see the incredible details on it's back with a lovely blend of greens, blacks and whites in stripes and dots made up of some delicate hairs.
But a quick look at the front shows a very different looking face on it. (But first note how it's compound eyes are wrapped around the base of the long antennae it has.)
A little bit closer and ... yeah maybe not a a friend.
Maybe instead I should just walk away.
He just wants a hug.
