Twenty-seventh up in the Lasagna project is
Spinach Artichoke Dip Lasagna
I enjoyed this one as the marinated artichokes had a nice chunky presence in this veggie lasagna bringing a nice change to the feel of it. Of course if you don't enjoy marinated artichokes you may not enjoy it. This was another one that called for Taleggio cheese which I have yet to find locally.
Served with a side of Pate and crackers.
Ingredients and assembly shot, fairly standard, make the veggies mix with cheeses.
