Creamy Mushroom Lasagna
This one lives or dies by if you like Mushrooms as it is Mushrooms in a Bechamel sauce, if you like them you'll love this. As my wife doesn't this was the only day of the adventure where I made two recipes (see next post) at the same time and this went well.
