It's that time of year again, where prospective neighbors have been visiting, and jockeying around for the best spots, getting into battles. Having their bids rejected (multiple times.) But finally an agreement has been reached.
And I really like the baby pine cone decoration they have added. Really ties the place together.
And it looks like they are family minded.
