Lasagna Project 2/34

Second up in the Lasagna project is

Rotisserie Chicken Tetrazinni

I know, I know, second recipe in and I'm already doing something that's not even got lasagna pasta in it. But it really sounded delicious to me.

Serves 8-10 it says. So we got some leftovers.

And it was.

Ignore the pea on the side of the bowl. Or .... was that just my way of showing off it has peas??

It doesn't use cream of mushroom soup, but instead you saute up mushrooms and mix in cream cheese and Béchamel sauce. Texture and flavor are amazing.

I do think next time though I'll beer can up the chicken that goes in and have some fun with the chicken meat spices.
