Lasagna Project 22/34

Twenty-second up in the Lasagna project is

Moroccan-Spiced Lamb Lasagna

Another variation on braised meat and spices + Bechemel. A very lovely one at that. Moroccan spices apparently are orange zest, thyme, cinnamon.

This also featured my first use of "no-boil" noodles as it was the first that didn't have the Use Fresh pasta option like all of the other no-boil suggesting recipes had.

I'm also starting to channel my inner Alton Brown with these top down shots at this point.

Saute those onions!

The meat braise is a really nice color too.

And a very fast assembly
