Roasted Poblano Pepper-Stuffed Shells
This was a slightly spicy stuffed shells recipe, nothing too notable flavor was good. The most exciting part was the search for large shells which took 3-4 stores in order to find and then I bought too many.
But it does mean we start with a bit of a odd start for the cheese filling with canned chilies.
I did end up with too much for my smaller baking dish, so ended up making one smaller one.
It's a good looking result.
And fun look when slicing it up for leftovers.
